Report: The Daisy Creek prospect was the subject of Stanley's (1984) M.S. thesis written in conjunction with the Anaconda Minerals Company. He briefly describes the property as being in sec. 30, T.24N., and R.27W. and latitude 47 48' and longitude 115 06'. It is a statabound Cu-Pb-Ag occurrence in Bonner Formation (Belt - Missoula Group) quartzites. Stanley described the workings as "several small, barely recognizable pits". The site was screened out and not visited because it consisted of prospect pits only. It was last worked in the 1930's and then was explored by the Anaconda Minerals Company in the early 1980's.
