Report: One Horse (RA006913) MBMG staff visited the general area that the One Horse Mine plotted from USBM OFR MLA 102-82: sec. 12, T.10N., R.21W. on the Carleton Lake 7.5-min quadrangle (Zilka and Hamilton, 1982). They described the workings as "2 adits, several pits" in a "shear zones with sulfides". Access to the site was by hiking 4 miles round trip, but no workings were found. The location plots less than 1,500 ft outside the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness boundary.
