Report: Quote from Johns (1959), p. 50 ..."Mr. Tom Matthews has uncovered a talc deposit in sec. 25, T. 32 N., R. 33 W. A bulldozer cut exposed a talc vein 5 to 6 feet wide for a distance of 20 feet. Another cut exposed talc material from 15 to 20 feet wide for a distance of thirty feet. The status of this deposit is not known." The deposit was screened out because it was described as a bulldozer cut.
