Report: This site was on private land but was investigated as viewed from KNF-administered land. All workings were covered by slumping except for an open cut. Original workings consisted of a 250-foot adit. The mine encountered the Grouse Mountain dike after passing through Prichard argillite. Veins with the maximum with of six inches also contained galena, sphalerite, and lesser chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, pyrite and marcasite (Gibson, 1948). The property was reported as active in 1958 (Johns, 1970)
