Report: This small adit is partially caved at the portal but still has standing timber sets and was open probably greater than could be seen from the entrance. The workings were driven in two different directions from the portal; both were open. It has fairly high public access because it is immediately adjacent to the 4-wheel drive road and just below the trailhead for the Haystack Mountain Scenic Trail. A small waste pile is on the opposite side of the road from the adit, it is all oxidized and is close to an unnamed stream but not in it's floodplain. No reference was found in Elliot and others (1992).
