Report: The Storm Lake, or Tarlach, tungsten deposit lies on the same structure northeast of the Sunshine. Diorite dikes have also intruded the fault zone. A select sample of brecciated ore contained .024 oz/ton gold, 9.12 oz/ton silver, .18% copper, .036% lead, and .045% zinc. Workings consist of a locked shaft 210 feet deep with 3 levels. An underground map (Walker, 1960) shows about 750 feet of workings present. There are also shallow open cuts.
