Report: MBMG Memoir 5 states that this entry represents an area from the Mont./Wyoming border to the town of Belfry and the production (actually the total in Carbon County) was 38 fine ounces from here. According to Dingman, the gold was extremely small, and very flat indicating long distance transport. The occurrence of gold stretches over 40 miles (Lyden, 1948 called it "flood gold".).
