Report: "The Sunshine claim is in sec. 32., T. 9 S.,R. 14 W., and sec. 5, T. 10 S., R. 14 S., (Fig 11). The property is a patented claim now owned by R.A. Wellborn of Grant but formerly owned by J.L. Templeman. ...(describes the deposit)... An old shaft, estimated to be 50 feet deep, has been sunk in line with the vein and about 150 feet west of the adit portal.
